Badge Placement: All uniformed employees are strictly required to display the official, department-issued logo on their outermost garment.
Visibility: Identification must remain unobstructed at all times to ensure public accountability and corporate transparency.
General Requirement: Every employee, regardless of rank or seniority, is mandated to wear the prescribed department uniform and carry all required personal equipment during their assigned tour of duty.
Full Kit Standards: A "Complete Uniform" includes all primary garments, duty belts, and identification markers as specified in the agency’s equipment manifest.
Baseball Cap: Optional for Polo, Class B/C and K9 uniforms. Must be Black with the official Merryweather Logo.
Patrol Beanie: Authorized for inclement weather only. Must be Black.
Formal Cap (Hat): Protection Officers shall ensure their uniform hat is serviceable and available at their station or in their patrol vehicle.
Deployment Directive: May be used with Class A, B, and C uniforms upon request or for formal duty.
Earpiece / Communication: Personnel are authorized to wear earpieces or shoulder/chest-mounted microphones for radio communication.
Turtleneck: Authorized for cold/inclement weather. Must be Black and worn under the duty shirt.
Duty Belt: Personnel shall wear the Black Nylon duty belt with a plastic buckle.
Holster: All Protection Officers shall wear a black holster on their belt or a Drop-leg variant.
Note: P.M.C. personnel may wear their holster in the manner of their preference.
Taser: If a Protection Officer chooses to utilize a taser, they shall use the Black variant. A Drop-leg Taser Holster is authorized for all uniforms.
Body Camera: The Coil Body 3 is the authorized recording device for field duty, not mandatory.
External Body Armor: Authorized for Class B, C, or Polo uniforms. Must be Black and display the department Logo or "SECURITY."
External Carrier / Load-Bearing Vests: Protection Officers may choose to wear a black carrier or stab vest featuring the appropriate department Logo.
Helmets: Ballistic helmets may be carried in vehicles for high-risk situations. Must be Black.
H.E.C.U. / Humane Labs: Personnel must wear their division-colored helmets (Dark Green / Black) at all times.
Gloves: Black leather or knitted gloves are authorized for cold weather. Nitrile gloves are mandatory when administering First Aid or collecting evidence.
Department Jackets: Authorized for cold or inclement weather. Must display the appropriate Merryweather Logo.
High-Visibility Vest: Authorized and recommended for any personnel working around the Port area or high-traffic zones.
Gas Mask: Only authorized for specific situations subject to supervisor approval, intercom announcements, or high-ranking science personnel authorization.
Usage: Mandatory for any protection officer attending a formal event. May also be worn for field activities.

Armor: Operational black vest/stab vest with red department logo. Black helmet without extras on it required.
Gas Mask: Enlisted security personnel may only wear gas masks in specific situations, subject to approval from a supervisor, intercom announcement, or authorization from a high-ranking science personnel.
Footwear: Black combat boots.
Authorization: Personnel must obtain explicit permission from a Duty Supervisor to deploy.
Clothing: Gray Merryweather camo-pattern combat shirt and pants with red logo.
Armor: Heavy dark green vest and matching dark green helmet.
