102 - STANDARDS FOR PERSONAL CONDUCT
102 - STANDARDS FOR PERSONAL CONDUCT
102.1 - DIVERSITY & RESPECTFUL INTERACTION.
The Department is a global organization. Biases or prejudices have no place in our operational decision-making.
Mandate: All personnel are expected to treat colleagues with unwavering respect, remaining mindful of the unique backgrounds and emotions of every individual.
102.2 - THE INTEGRITY STANDARD.
The integrity of the Department relies on the honesty of every single employee. Even a single act of dishonesty can erode client confidence.
Requirement: Personnel must uphold the highest moral standards at all times, both on and off duty.
102.3 - PROFESSIONALISM & PUBLIC IMAGE.
As a visible representative of the agency, your conduct is under constant scrutiny.
Conduct: Employees must act in a manner that reflects positively on themselves and the Department. Any behavior that brings discredit to the agency is strictly prohibited.
102.4 - DUTY TO REPORT & INTERVENE
Corruption and misconduct are the greatest threats to security operations.
Obligation: Employees must promptly report potential misconduct to a Supervisor or Command.
Direct Intervention: If an employee witnesses serious misconduct, they are required to take immediate action to halt it.
Note: The presence of a non-intervening supervisor does not excuse a subordinate from their duty to act.
102.5 - SUBSTANCE & INTOXICATION POLICY.
Due to the high-stakes nature of security work, intoxication is strictly forbidden.
Prohibition: Employees are prohibited from reporting for duty while under the influence.
Strict Enforcement: This policy applies to both in-character (IC) and out-of-character (OOC) intoxication.
102.6 - COLLABORATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT
Security personnel are partners in public safety but remain subordinate to government authorities.
Cooperation: Employees must collaborate closely with law enforcement agencies, following all legal orders and providing assistance when requested.
Legal Warning: Failure to assist or follow a lawful order from a Law Enforcement Officer constitutes "(4)07. Obstruction Of A Government Employee,". Such violations will result in immediate termination of your employment.
