1. Mandatory Identification

   • Company Identification: All uniformed employees are strictly required to display the SecuroServ company name on their outermost garment at all times. 

   • Visibility: Identification must remain unobstructed to ensure public accountability and professional transparency.

2. Uniform Compliance

   • General Requirement: Every employee, regardless of rank or seniority, is mandated to wear the prescribed department uniform and carry all required personal equipment during their assigned tour of duty.

   • Full Kit Standards: A "Complete Uniform" includes the designated White/Grey garments, the Blue duty pants, and all identifying SecuroServ markers.

   • Exemptions: Currently, there are no authorized exemptions to the uniform policy (N/A).

1. Headwear & Accessories

• Patrol Beanie: Authorized for inclement weather only. Must be Black.

• Earpiece / Communication: Personnel are authorized to wear earpieces or shoulder/chest-mounted microphones for radio communication.

2. Core Duty Gear

• Duty Belt: Personnel shall wear a standard Black Nylon Belt without Mag Pouches.

• Taser: If a guard chooses to utilize a taser, they shall use the Black variant.

• Body Camera: The Coil Body 3 is the authorized recording device and shall be worn by Guards during field duty.

• Holster: Standard-issue black holsters must be worn on the duty belt at all times. (Only with supervisor permission)

3. Protective Equipment

• Gloves: Black leather or knitted gloves are authorized for cold weather. Nitrile gloves are mandatory when administering First Aid.

4. Outerwear & Specialized Attire

• Sweater: Optional Dark Blue woolen sweater. Must bear facsimile White Security text. 

Usage: Mandatory for any guard attending a formal event. Authorized for guards conducting field activities.

Shirt: White/Grey long-sleeve shirt. Must be worn with a tie.

Pants: Blue standard duty pants.

Field Operations: Standard duty or Cargo pants are authorized.

Formal Events: Standard duty pants are mandatory.

Footwear: Black boots.

Usage: Authorized for guards conducting standard field activities.

Shirt: White/Grey long or short-sleeve shirt (Open collar).

Pants: Blue standard duty pants.

Footwear: Black boots.

Usage: Authorized for guards conducting field activities.

Shirt: White/Grey short-sleeve shirt. Must be worn with a tie.

Pants: Blue standard duty pants.
