1. Mandatory Identification

   • Company Identification: All uniformed employees are strictly required to display the Chuff Security company name on their outermost garment at all times.

   • Visibility: Identification markers must remain unobstructed to ensure public accountability and professional transparency. 

2. Uniform Compliance

   • General Requirement: Every employee, regardless of rank or seniority, is mandated to wear the prescribed department uniform and carry all required personal equipment during their assigned tour of duty. 

   • Full Kit Standards: A "Complete Uniform" includes the designated Dark Yellow/Grey garments, the specific basket weave leather duty belt, and all identifying company markers.

   • Exemptions: Currently, there are no authorized exemptions to the uniform policy (N/A). 

1. Headwear & Accessories

• Patrol Beanie: Authorized for inclement weather only. Must be Black.

• Earpiece / Communication: Personnel are authorized to wear earpieces or shoulder/chest-mounted microphones for radio communication.

• Citation Bar: Guards may wear an American Flag citation bar or American Flag pin. This must be placed on the right breast pocket, positioned underneath the badge.

2. Core Duty Gear

• Duty Belt (Patrol): Personnel shall wear a Black Basket Weave Leather Belt featuring a Gold Buckle and Gold Pouch Buttons.

  • Revolver Duty Belt: Guards utilizing the Double-Action Revolver are required to wear a Black Basket Weave Leather Belt with a Gold Buckle and Gold Pouch Buttons.

• Duty Belt (Armored): Personnel assigned to CIT shall wear a Black Nylon Belt with a plastic buckle and visible Security ID.

• Holster: Standard-issue black holsters must be worn on the duty belt at all times unless otherwise specified.

3. Protective Equipment & Armor

• External Body Armor: Prohibited for routine patrol. Guards may only equip external armor during high-threat scenarios.

  • Requirement: Must be Black and display "SECURITY" and "CHUFF SECURITY CO." identifiers.

• External Carrier Vest (Stab Vest): May choose to wear external carrier vests with Class B / C Uniform. Shall be dark yellow/grey with the Department Logo

• Helmets: Authorized for CIT (Cash In Transit) transports.

  • Standard: Must be Black.

  • Armored Division: Helmet must include a plastic protective visor.

• Gloves: Black leather or knitted gloves are authorized for cold weather. Nitrile gloves are mandatory when administering First Aid.

4. Outerwear & Specialized Attire

• Sweater: Optional Black woolen sweater. Must bear a facsimile of the "Chuff Security Co." name.

Usage: Mandatory for any guard attending a formal event. Authorized for field activities.

Shirt: Dark Yellow/Grey long-sleeve shirt. Must be worn with a tie.

Pants: Standard black duty pants with a thin yellow line on it.

Footwear: Black boots.

Usage: Authorized for guards conducting standard field activities.

Shirt: Dark Yellow/Grey long or short-sleeve shirt (Open collar).

Pants: Standard black duty pants with a thin yellow line on it.

Footwear: Black boots.

Usage: Authorized for guards conducting field activities. 

Shirt: Dark Yellow/Grey short-sleeve shirt. Must be worn with a tie.

Pants: Standard black duty pants with a thin yellow line on it.

Footwear: Black boots.

Usage: Authorized for Armored Division guards conducting field activities.

Shirt: Dark Yellow/Grey long or short-sleeve shirt.

Pants: Standard Black duty pants or Black cargo pants.

External Armor: Mandatory Black vest displaying "SECURITY" and "CHUFF SECURITY CO."

Helmet: Black with a mandatory plastic protective visor.

Belt: Nylon Belt with Plastic buckle and Security ID.
