MANUAL

GUARDS RESPONSIBILITY. Security Guards shall comply with all standards within the Department Manual. The Department Manual cannot cover all situations a guard may find themselves in, however guards shall follow the procedures as best they can. Failure to abide by standards within the Manual may result in disciplinary action.

SUPERVISOR’S RESPONSIBILITY. Supervisors shall ensure compliance and enforce all written standards of the Department Manual.
